The Rayat Centenary Innovation and Incubation Foundation (RCIIF, Kharghar) is a not-for-profit Section 8 company that caters to independent research of students and professionals around India. 

Center for Invention, Innovation and Incubation (CIII), Kharghar is one of the four such Centers being built by Science and Technology Park, Pune and Tata Technologies with an aim to provide high end facilities and support to Engineers, promoting the spirit of Entrepreneurship and supporting technology Start-ups.

As Center for Invention, Innovation and Incubation (CIII) at Kharghar is brought in to reality by three entities, viz. Tata Technologies which will be providing support in terms of Hardware, Software and experienced faculties for the purpose of providing training. Science and Technology Park (S&TP) on the other hand comes with skills of supporting start-ups and providing high end skill training. Rayat Group which is an 100 year old education institution with one of the largest network of more than 750 institutions comprising of Colleges, Schools, Hostels, Ashramshalas and ancillary units operating across Maharashtra. CIII has been set up with two objectives. First is to provide high-end skill training for creating better job prospects and second is to motivate technology trained youth to initiate their start-ups and in the process be jobs creators.
